Description and Itinerary
Discover one of Andalusia’s most striking cities on our day trip to Ronda from Málaga in a small group. This approximately 8–10-hour experience gives you the chance to explore the city at your own pace.
After travelling from Málaga, you’ll arrive in Ronda, a historic city perched above the spectacular Tajo Gorge. If you choose the free-time option, you can stroll through its historic streets and discover landmarks such as the Puente Nuevo, Alameda del Tajo, Ronda’s bullring and viewpoints overlooking the valley. You’ll also have time to enjoy the local food and browse the city’s traditional shops.
For a fuller experience, add the guided tour of Ronda and the Tajo Gorge Walkways. An official guide will lead you from Plaza de la Merced through Alameda del Tajo and Paseo de Blas Infante, past gardens and viewpoints. You’ll walk by the bullring before crossing the Puente Nuevo into the historic quarter. There, you’ll see the Romantic Travellers’ Mural and the area around Santa María la Mayor Church and Ronda Town Hall.
Next, you’ll follow the Tajo Gorge Walkways on an approximately 1 km route through the gorge. The visit continues to the Padre Jesús neighbourhood, near San Miguel Chapel and the Arab Baths. On the way back, you’ll stop at Antigua Bodega La Sangre for a wine tasting with a light snack. Afterwards, you’ll have free time to continue exploring Ronda.
With return transport from Málaga arranged, you can choose how you’d like to discover the city: independently or with the added guided experience. At the agreed time, we’ll begin the journey back to Málaga.

If you choose the free-time option, you’ll have 5 hours to discover Ronda at your own pace. You could:

- Enjoy local food in the city’s bars and restaurants.

- The Guadalevín River and its natural surroundings
- Views of Ronda from a different perspective
- Views of Ronda’s Arab Baths
The walkway route ends in the Padre Jesús neighbourhood, near San Miguel Chapel.
🍷 Stop at Antigua Bodega La Sangre
Return with your guide along Calle Marqués de Salvatierra to the winery. Here, you can take a break and enjoy a wine tasting with a light snack. Afterwards, you’ll have free time to continue exploring Ronda at your own pace.
🚌 Return to Málaga or Torremolinos
Meet the group at the agreed time for the return journey to your pickup point.
