Booking Conditions

• Reservations made from Internet will be valid only when the client receives from La Garganta an electronic confirmation stating that the reservation has been accepted by the Rural Tourist Complex, and whose stay is not different from the minimum stays established in our website in section of prices.

Cancellation of Reservation

• The cancellation will be free of charge to the client if it occurs before the 3 days prior to the date of entry.
• If the cancellation of the reservation occurs 3 days before the date of entry will be charged to the client’s account the amount of one night’s accommodation.
• If the cancellation occurs on the same day of the entrance or the client does not appear in the Rural Tourist Complex on that date the hotel reserves the right to charge to your account up to 100% of the total amount of the reservation according to the period of stay booked and the season.

Pet rules

The La Garganta Tourist Complex is Pet-Friendly but minimum coexistence rules must be met so that they cause problems for other guests.

• Whenever one or more guests visit us with their pet and leave our facilities, the pets must accompany them so as not to cause a problem for other guests.
• Any damage caused by pets must be reported to the reception of our hotel.

Guided Visit Caminito del Rey

1. Advance payment of tickets.
2. The visit may be canceled and/or modified up to 3 days before the day of the visit. In the case of a modification, this is subject to the availability of the activity.
3. Visits to the Caminito cannot be cancelled/refunded/modified less than 3 days from the date of the visit. Only in the event that Caminito del Rey officially communicates the closure for any security reason, Hotel La Garganta undertakes to arrange a new date or return the reservation amount to its clients.
4. It cannot be exchanged for another service.
5. The minimum age to do the Caminito is 8 years old.
6. The meeting point for the visit will be the Reception of the La Garganta Hotel.

Vía Ferrata / Climbing reservation conditions

1.  To make the reservation, advance payment of 100% of the activities is required.
2. The activity may be canceled and/or modified without charge up to 3 days before the day of the visit. In the case of a modification, this is subject to the availability of the activity in question.
3. Only in the case that La Garganta Activa decides not to carry out the activity for safety reasons, such as inclement weather or poor condition of the route, we undertake to return the amount of the reservation. If La Garganta Activa decides to cancell the activity for safety reason after the starting point, the amount of the reservation will not be refound.
4. It cannot be exchanged for another service.
5. If once the activity has started, the user decides not to do it, this will not be a reason for a refund.
